m88 launched Regional System Implementation Meetings in November 2021. Our goal with this new meeting series is to build and establish regular connection points with provider management and line staff to understand how things are or are not working, 收集输入, and communicate system changes to ensure consistent understanding and ground-up solutions. We also want to share data to understand w在这里 bottlenecks are in our system and how to address them together.
The primary focus of these meetings is how we are orienting as a system toward our System Goals for this year:
- Expand problem solving to decrease inflow and facilitate quick exits to safe and stable housing.
- Drive throughput from Interim Housing to Permanent Housing
- Simplify pathways to permanent housing by implementing progressive engagement and 消费电子产品展 Transfer 政策.
- Lease up Emergency Housing Vouchers through the rapid improvement and streamlining of unit location and utilization efforts.
- Center equity in resource allocation and prioritization
- Decrease direct service position vacancy rate
Every other month, we will focus on changes that will impact All 人口s in the system. For the months between the ‘All-Pops’ meetings, we will focus on changes happening at the 成人, 青年 and 家庭 System level with meetings dedicated to each population.
